There has been a lot of talk lately about which style of training is the “right” one or how one is “better” than the other. Let’s get something straight here, there are MANY roads to fitness, just because someone is training differently than you does not mean that theirs is worse or not as effective.

You can not have a cookie cutter program that is the same for every single person. It simply will not work. We will not tolerate someone demeaning our members for the style of training that they do. I don’t care if you CrossFit, spin class, aerobics classes, circuit training, bodybuilding.. WHATEVER it may be, the goal is to better yourself. That is something we can all agree on. Everyone’s fitness journey is different, so lets stop the bickering about the right way and meet at the end of the road which is better health and fitness!
